Well we are now into a new year, 2009. As usual we are still all very busy, but are we so busy that we can't pay attention to what the politicians, Supreme Court Judges are doing to our Constitution and the United States? We thought it was bad that Former President Bush stated "The Constitution is just a piece of paper", well, with this Obama administration, he has totally ignored the Constitution by not producing a verifiable Hospital Birth Certificate as required by the US Constitution. So here we are setting with "No President" in accordance to Constitutional Law. You all say it doesn't matter, well it does matter. How do you think Hitler came into being? As it stands now anything this Impostor signs is not valid - only if you are a slave.
Most people that live in this great land of the United States of America are so busy making a living just to make ends meet, especially to pay the all the taxes that are collected. They do not take the time to realize that they are being taken advantage of. by those who they should be able to trust - The elected representatives in the U.S. Government. Do you all know that per the statues at law that Congress can only levy a tax on money that they control or can have adequate accounting of, which is nothing more than tax dollars that are allocated to Congress? IRC 3121, 3401, and others clearly define this (in order to fully understand this, a person must fully understand that you read the statues/ codes as worded - no assumption of what it might mean) the word of the laws are as written, nothing more, nothing less. It is sad that the people that we all elect to represent us or be our voice only want to represent their own personal interest or some small big pocket group/ individuals interest. It is time that we all come together and demand true people representation/ voice in our Congress/ Presidential Administration/ Justice Department. Above anything else in our land we must preserve our Liberty otherwise our children and grand children will not have any. The first line of defense in this country in keeping our Liberty in tact is "We The People" controlling government(s) and not them controlling us.
Learn the real truth about the flawed income tax system your so called friendly senator and representative will not admit is flawed. Ask your tax man if the tax system is flawed. More than likely he will say no. Asked him if your earnings are 16th Amendment earnings. He will probably say yes. Ask him if the 16th Amendment has any statements, clauses in it modifying, repealing Article I, Section 2, Clause 4 and/ or Section 9, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution. If he says yes, he is lying, or simply does not know, either way have him show you the law/ statue that makes you liable as a private sector person to pay income tax (the law is very clear, a private sector person still must file 1040 forms to refuge that their earnings are federally connected). If he says no than asked him why he is assisting the government in stealing your money.
Now that I talked about one part of my Busy Bee life, I should talk about some of my other activities. My main profession in my (last 30 + yrs.) working life is working around Nuclear and Fossil power plants. Most of my work has been on the construction end. Mainly new construction or modifications/ upgrades as a construction, field, modification, stress engineer. The last five years I have been working mainly refueling and/ or maintenance outages as a Supervisor, project managers, superintendent, construction coordinator (current). I have a few years back there working in the PVC industry as senior project engineer, mechanical designer on offshore drilling rigs/ drill ships, submarines and in the refineries. I had a fairly successful residential building/ remodeling company for approximately eight years. Since the start of my main working career, I have very few weeks during that span where I have worked just 40 hours per week. In most cases I work no less then 60 hours per week. Currently, I'm in between contracts, so I'm trying to take a little time to do some things I haven't done for a couple of years.
